RISING SERPENT is led by an actual rising serpent – one many of you already know well. Paula Fazlich is an artist, media owner & journalist, and seasoned web designer with a legacy of crafting high-quality digital experiences since 2006. Over the years, she has collaborated with major global brands, including prominent holdings in Bulgaria and beyond, earning a reputation for precision, professionalism, and deep expertise.
In 2019, she founded her own company, Absinthe Ltd., establishing a small yet razor-sharp web studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. By 2022, the studio was crowned Best Web Design and Development Studio in Bulgaria, and later that year received international acclaim as
Website Design & Development Studio of the Year 2022/2023 at the CorporateLiveWire Global Awards.
The momentum only grew. In 2025, Paula was honored as Best Web Designer in the Balkans and appeared in several rankings spotlighting the most influential women in the digital industry.

Something like a curated hall of artifacts – a place where your music, craft, or merchandise is presented with reverence and clarity. Behind the scenes, the store functions with precision: secure transactions, woven product structures, and a seamless path from desire to acquisition.
There are several types of online stores we offer to create for you: Hybrid Store (Supports both digital and physical products), Catalog (you don’t sell directly through the website, but receive a request for the product from the customer – there is a “request” button instead of “buy”), Single-Product Ecommerce Site, Multi-Product Ecommerce Site, Marketplace (multiple vendors selling under one platform, similar to Etsy or Amazon-style setups), Dropshipping Store (orders are forwarded to suppliers; no inventory is held by the site owner), Print-on-Demand Store, Subscription-Based Ecommerce and Digital Goods Store, among others.
What we do not offer is SaaS-Based Ecommerce – store built on a hosted service like Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce) & Headless Ecommerce – frontend (website) is decoupled from the backend ecommerce engine (e.g., using Shopify + custom React/Next.js frontend). It would be an insult to our professionalism. With us , you don’t need subscription to any of these. You pay once and unleash your glory.

It also includes adding new posts, photos, new sections and maintaining the information in your website up-to-date .
Website Administration (THE ABYSS & ECLIPSE TIERS) is the ongoing process of shaping and maintaining everything that visitors see and interact with: updating text and imagery, posting news and announcements, correcting details, refining layout sections, and ensuring that the entire structure continues to operate smoothly behind the scenes. It stands beyond the simple edits – it also includes the quiet, necessary work that keeps the realm alive – monitoring for errors, improving clarity, adjusting visuals, ensuring links, forms, and integrations function as they should, and preserving the aesthetic consistency of your domain.

How long will it take you to reply to my message?
You will receive an answer up to 48 hours.
How to describe what I want?
Easy as seeing through the lies of a politician, actually. First, get a clear picture of what you want to express with your website and what is the purpose of the page. What is the reaction you want to provoke in your visitors? Do you have something specific as example design you’ve liked and inspired you, or you give us the creative freedom to improvise after we collect some insights from you?
In your request, mention who you are, what type of website you are interested in and as much details you have at this point about it. Later, if we don’t have enough information, you will receive a request form, where you will be guided to describe everything we need to know before we give you an exact offer with a price and timelines. Takes a few minutes, but is a priceless tool when it comes to clarity. So, don’t really bother about that – we’ll guide you through the process.
Example Request: I want an official website for my black metal band : [name of the band]. We are fascinated by the old-school aesthetics and want to have a single-paged website like yours. We need a simple website with the following sections : BIOGRAPHY, DISCOGRAPHY, GALLERY, UPCOMING CONCERTS, CONTACTS. We want to have a slider with latest news somewhere and the accent to be on our latest album. We want it to be in English. We also want to showcase our social media accounts in it in some more interactive way – fading of the images on scroll or something.
How long the process will take?
Transparency is really important, so basically, this is how the process goes.
1. You contact us with description of your desired website. We ask you a few more clarifying questions and when we are 100% sure that we understood the assignment correctly, we’ll send you an exact offer with all details. This whole process might take up to 72 hours, depending on how fast you respond to our e-mails.
2. You accept or decline the offer. If you have some comments on it – you share them and we will rewrite the offer, if possible. If you accept the offer, you pay 50% deposit or the full price (50% is the standard way of doing it). And remember – once you accept the offer, no changes on the agreement are possible for free, so read it carefully and add more functions or details before you accept the final one.
3. You send us all the needed files and links for the website – band photos, album cover artworks, links to social media, for example.
4.Once we receive the payment, we will confirm that the payment is received and will send you an invoice for the payment, marking the beginning of the creation of the website.
5. Within the framework we agreed upon in the offer, we will send you a preview of the website to review, discuss and point what changes you want to be made, if there are any. We can do that up to 3 times, so in order not to slow the process down, try to keep it detailed and critical as much as possible since the first time. Remember – you can’t hurt anyone’s feelings. Just say what you really think and want, while at the same time remembering what the exact offer is.
6.When you say the final “yes” to your website, we conclude the project with the final payment.
7.When we receive it, we send you the final invoice and then migrate your website to your own domain and hosting (we will need you to add us there or give us your details). We give you all of the login details, if your website has an admin panel, together with a small pdf digital book to help you navigate through it. If you choose to have our website at our hosting or you’ve paid the whole price and we operate on your hosting and domain, the process is much faster – we will directly publish your site live and will provide you with the details you need.
This whole process may take up to two weeks, a month, or two months – all depending on the communication, the sophistication of the desired website and many other factors. It depends.
What hosting and domain services to use?
Rising Serpent is not a domain or hosting provider. If your website is small, you are welcome to use our hosting for a symbolic price (€50 per year) , but if it is above 2 GB or it’s an online store – you need to buy a separate hosting space by your choice. In the offer, we will send you refferal codes to our partners with discounts, so if you need a hosting, you might get it on a lower price.
The domain name is entirely by your choice and you might get it on namecheap.com, godaddy.com and any other providers you decide. If you create a new account and buy a hosting plan at our partners’ website, you will areceive a free domain name for one year. It is good to have it all in one place, so this is the most recommended thing to do.
